ABOUT THE ROLE

Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Caf Team Member to join our team.

You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.

SALARY: 11.60 per hour
HOURS: Full Time (Open 7 days a week)

YOUR ROLE

• Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
• Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential and opening and closing shifts
• Management training and progression opportunities beyond cafe team leader
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a cafe team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given
• People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service
