Exhibition Stand Designer (Full-Time)

Location: Bristol, UK

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Office-based)

About Us: Instant Exhibitions is a growing company specializing in the design and build of custom exhibition stands. As a small and dynamic team, we work closely with our clients to create innovative and visually striking stands that make an impact at trade shows and exhibitions. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our team and are looking for a talented designer to join us in Bristol.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Exhibition Stand Designer who will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings and 3D concept renderings for client presentations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and account management teams to help secure exhibition stand contracts by delivering compelling design solutions that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate CAD drawings and 3D concept renderings for exhibition stands.- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and ensure designs align with their needs.- Present design concepts and technical drawings to clients, ensuring all design elements meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in 3D design, preferably using 3D StudioMax.

- Produce accurate construction drawings, floor plans, rigging plans, and layouts for large-scale events, ensuring feasibility and structural integrity.

- Experience of B Matrix framework

- Strong portfolio demonstrating past work in exhibition stand design or similar fields.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and clients.
