Business Transformation Director - SAP S/4HANA

Business Transformation Director is required to lead Process Management and Business Transformation across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout for a global manufacturing company.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the Head of Process Design Authority, ensuring the integrity of end-to-end business processes.
• Leading process design analysis across the organisation.
• Collaborating closely with the Solution Delivery Leaders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure process design is implemented effectively across all operating companies of the organisation.
• Driving adoption of processes across all operating companies, ensuring alignment with SAP design standards.
• Defining the Operating and Organizational Design including role definitions and segregation of duties.
• Defining and maintaining key business metrics across all operating companies, ensuring consistent performance.
• Leading automation and innovation in process management across the organization.

Required experience and skills:

• Experience in leading process management for a large scale SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a GPO community.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Expertise in business process design, implementation, and optimisation.
• Manufacturing sector experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
