About the Role:
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons that not only meet national curriculum standards but also challenge and motivate our students. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a deep understanding of business principles and entrepreneurial skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver innovative and engaging lessons in Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Inspire students through real-world applications of business concepts and critical economic principles.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams, offering tailored support and resources to maximize their success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest industry trends.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and independent thinking.
• Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and competitions, to enhance student engagement.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students in business education.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level preferred.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and high-achieving learning environment.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with the wider school community through extracurricular initiatives.
