Business Strategy and Operations Consultant - Belgium - Hybrid

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic professional to join our client's Partnership Consulting team. This role focuses on providing insights, frameworks, and tools necessary to drive successful partnerships across the organization. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with established governance structures and the company's overall strategy.

Besides, the Contractor will drive and/or support activities in the following areas:
Product Management of different Partnerships Programmes, including life cycle analysis
Profitability analysis and reporting to measure success and effectiveness of Partnerships; define key metrics, identify data sources, develop dashboards, etc
Partners onboarding and operations, including improvement initiatives
Design frameworks for new types of partnerships, including legal and contractual agreements, financial model, operational processes, performance metrics and monitoring, risk management governance, etc

Strategic thinking and vision setting
Cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Communication and stakeholder management
Analytical and data-driven decision-making with proficiency with data analysis tools.
