Annual Salary: £58,902 £68,114
Start date: January 2025 / As soon as possible
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Reporting to: Principal
Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary academy in Lewisham looking for a full-time permanent Business Operations Manager (School Business Manager) to join the Senior Leadership Team, leading all non-academic school functions across the academy.

As a Business Operations Manager, you ll take a strategic lead in maintaining the budget and finances of the academy ensuring that the results have a positive impact on educational outcomes. You will be responsible for Finance, HR, Facilities, Health & Safety, Admissions and Administration across the academy.
You will also be responsible for supporting the Principal in ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the School s Development Plan.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong experience of business planning and organisational management. You have a qualification in School Business Management (ISBL) or significant School Business Manager experience.
Experience using Arbor and PS Financials would be beneficial.
This role is based on-site, there is no hybrid working available.
