This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *streamlining processes and improving efficiency in the People department*.

Role Overview:

The Business Operations Associate helps streamline processes and improve efficiency in the People department. They support daily operations, track key initiatives, and assist in adopting company-wide processes like planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply structured methodologies to standardize processes and increase efficiency.

• Support execution of business operations and key initiatives.

• Assist in planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Solve problems, drive solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in process management, project/change management, and data analysis.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across teams.

• Basic business and financial understanding to support decision-making.
