Additional Information:This Business Design Lead role is not focused on ICT business analysis or traditional business analysis tasks like capturing requirements or creating generic process maps. Instead, it centres on tangible, hands-on experience in developing and amending operating models, specifically in relation to people, organisational governance, and information changes, rather than technology.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and evolving operating models within both the public and private sectors, with a strong focus on organisational structures and governance.Although the role may interact with enabling technologies, it's crucial that the primary expertise lies in the development and design of operating models, not in the implementation of technology solutions.Additionally, the role requires a leader capable of taking charge of complex projects or programmes. You will need to set direction, establish the approach, and lead other design analysts in managing planning, timeframes, and milestones.
