Business Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Amsterdam (2-3 Days/week onsite) and remote
Start: (ASAP)
Volume: Full time (100%)
Duration: 31.12.2025 + Option
Languages: English (fluent), Dutch (fluent)

Your Tasks

• Program manager, someone who has already merged two companies
• Processes in Finance & HR, with a focus on business
• Projectmanagement

Your Skills

• Senior PM with very strong communication skills, located in Amsterdam (2-3 days per week in the office)
• Business Transformation experience (ie experience in business consolidation projects or M&As), needs to be clearly shown in the CV
• Very proactive and agile
• Good understanding of IT, while focus is on business transformation experience
• Good stakeholder management und focused delivery of milestones (which he should be able to structure himself if required)
• Payment knowledge or Financial Services is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Fluent Dutch & English
