About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Learning and Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent development.

About you

• You will have a strong background in Learning & Development.
• You will have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, at all levels in talent development.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, and deliver presentations to both internal and external audiences.
• You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• You will have experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals.

Salary:

Up to £45,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
