Leading membership association seeks a highly talented, experienced conference sponsorship professional to join their fast growing sales team.
The Business Development Manager-Events & Partnerships role focuses on selling sponsorship packages across our client's Conferences and Events portfolio and recruiting new Partners. The position will also develop meaningful relationships with Partners and other stakeholders, ensuring a holistic and consultative approach to account management.
Your role will be in the events team, part of the Commercial department. The team is highly collaborative and has many relationships with partners externally. You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and be professional and supportive of all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of conference / exhibition sales experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving results within exhibitions and sponsorship sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
- High emotional intelligence, skilled in building and sustaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach-a true team player committed to collective success.
