Business Data&System Analyst

The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to help with the technological integration of business software and IT and to support the business users. The Business Systems analyst will be expected to work with the users in resolving queries and problems regarding existing IT operations and systems. They will also play a major part in IT projects, covering all types of tasks including solution definition, documentation, testing and end user support.

Description

• Work with employees in all European locations to gain an understanding of current systems and structures
• Identify inefficiencies and other bugs to be flushed out
• Master Data Management - Use of Mass data updates, pricing uploads and customer master data creation
• Ensure data quality, consistency and synchronization across multiple system environments.
• Work with internal and external development teams and the clients to design effective programming and software changes
• Integrate new software and hardware changes seamlessly
• Observe and Identify all current and potential failures
• Maintain a bug free user experience at all times
• Accurately log all technology developments in company records to be utilised in future client projects
• Provides testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation.
• Documents existing standards and processes where necessary to support training of new employees and their development.
• Sales Order investigation for issues with the OTC process.
