Job Description

Our client, a charity that supports young entrepreneurs, is looking to appoint a temporary Business Coach to provide holistic support to young people (aged 16 - 30) living in London. These individuals face systematic barriers and require entrepreneurial and employability support to develop their businesses while accessing employment opportunities.

This is a part time role, 7.5 hours a day for 3 days a week. They offer hybrid working with two days on site in south west London, and the remainder remote. It will be starting as soon as possible on an ongoing basis, as the end date is not yet set.

The postholder will work independently and collaboratively with the wider team, delivering high-quality coaching, business support, and employability guidance. The role requires someone who is adaptable, solutions-focused, and deeply invested in supporting young people to develop their business skills, confidence, financial literacy, and networks.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide tailored one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Design and facilitate workshops and programmes
  • Assist with navigating funding opportunities and grant applications
  • Provide CV writing job search, and interview preparation guidance
  • Track progress and provide structured feedback on outcomes and impact
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to be passionate about empowering young people and breaking down systematic barriers to entrepreneurship, as well as strong coaching and mentoring skills. You will also need the ability to engage diverse communities, building trust with young people from different backgrounds.

This post is looking to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice in order to be considered.
