Full-time/Permanent
Salary Grade 6 is £44,682 - £49,598 per annum including London Weighting
Work location: Hybrid

Are you a strong communicator who is highly skilled at building and maintaining connections? Central is looking for an entrepreneurial professional to manage its business training relationships. The Business Client Manager will ensure a high-quality client experience whilst driving income growth. If you're ready to channel your skills in communication, relationship-building, and organisation into a creative business setting, Central has the perfect role for you!

The Business Client Manager will:

  • Manage existing and build new client relationships to ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Generate income using Central's performance expertise to offer clients bespoke professional development and training for a range of sectors.
  • Manage the daily operations of the business training and professional development area.

Central business training uses Centrals performance training expertise to deliver bespoke professional development for wide range of clients. Working closely with the Business Programmes Manager and supported by the Business Administrator, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and shape this area of Centrals work.

We are looking for people with a background in business development and account management. You may not have a background in performance training but will be excited by the idea of using performance skills in business training. Alternatively, you may be transitioning from a performance training background with business experience, this role will offer a unique chance to apply your expertise in a new and impactful way.
