This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

About the Role:
As a Business and Accounts Manager, you will enhance operational efficiency across our clients Fintech and Finance teams, ensuring streamlined processes, clear communication, and strong alignment with their strategic objectives. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you'll focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking to drive successful, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Service Excellence:
  • Implement streamlined processes for increased productivity and centralize communication across teams.
  • Manage project alignment, prioritize requests, and track action points for seamless project execution.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between Fintech and Finance teams, fostering collaboration and handling escalations.
• Initiatives Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track and report project progress, prepare regular updates for leadership, and drive data-based insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in account management, business operations, or project/program management within Fintech.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and effective presentation delivery.
