Business Analyst support

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an assignment with a large FMCG organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a critical transition from an insourcing model to an outsourcing model, specifically focusing on deploying a Loyalty product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Manage Front End and Back End transitions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Support application customization and enhancements for consumer-focused solutions.
• Work with decoupled architecture and oversee stakeholder management.
• Facilitate process analysis and mapping using Jira and Confluence.
• Utilize and support Back End development with the Epsilon Back End tool (or similar specialized tools).

Current Situation: The organization is transitioning from an insourcing model to an outsourcing model. This involves shifting from a Product Delivery team to a split team focusing on deployments and operating products. The primary focus is on deploying a Loyalty product, which operates on a point transaction-based platform. Customers earn points through purchases from clients, which can then be redeemed for prizes.

Current Activities:

• Deploying features into an operational environment, with a focus on decoupling the Front End and Back End components.
• Developing a suite of features to support various Front End users (customers, employees, agents) in identifying the loyalty company.
• Building Back End services and integrating them with the Front End interface.
• Operating a platform based in Poland.

Challenges:

• Identifying and streamlining processes.
• Mapping and managing data flow effectively.

Requirements for the Business Analyst Role:

• At least 2 years of experience in this role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma.
• Additional experience with Epsilon or Aris will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of process mapping and decoupled architectures.
