This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled RPA Business Analyst with expertise in Business Process Analysis and Techno-Functional Consultancy. You will be part of a newly established Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving automation initiatives and supporting an expanding portfolio of projects across various business areas. The ideal candidate will operate autonomously, embracing entrepreneurship to deliver impactful results throughout the organization.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Process Improvement.
• 3+ years of experience creating Automation Process Design Documents for RPA implementations.
• Proven experience in managing process improvement or redesign initiatives in HR/People Operations.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, documentation, data analysis, and business process engineering.
• Blue Prism certification and knowledge of its architectural and infrastructure components is a plus.
• Familiarity with Blue Prism Process Intelligence/Process Mining is an advantage.
• Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software in a production environment.
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong focus on creating clean, accurate, and maintainable documentation.
