Business Analyst - PLM Systems (Teamcenter/OpCenter)

We are looking for a Business Analyst - PLM Systems (Teamcenter/OpCenter) for a 12 Months contract based in Derby (Hybrid) on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.

Job description - the role

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to work on a critical and time-sensitive programme. The role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring efficient communication, accurate requirement articulation, and successful project delivery within strict deadlines.

As a Business Analyst - PLM Systems (Teamcenter/OpCenter) you will be responsible for:

• Translate complex IT concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Support requirement traceability, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate using Azure DevOps-based processes.
• Model and evolve business processes to meet project needs, leveraging software tools effectively.
• Ensure business testing aligns with enhanced processes for smooth implementation.

What we require from the candidate:

• Strong experience in PLM Systems (Teamcenter, OpCenter).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira and user story creation.
• A balanced understanding of both business and technical needs.
• Experience in influencing programme direction and mediating conflicts.
• Previous experience working with suppliers and ensuring requirement traceability.
• Experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
