Job Overview:

We have a Business Analyst role for our client in Luxembourg who requires assistance in the support and maintenance of the Jaspers database application. The Jaspers database application aims to cover the entire life cycle of advisory activities provide by Jaspers and includes the initiation and structuring of assignments, their approval, as well as their management and monitoring. This application uses Java, JBoss, Java EE, Struts, Spring, Java Design Patterns, Javascript, Oracle database.

Essential Requirements:

• 7 years of experience with business analysis and/or requirements engineering in a financial services institution (investment bank, retail bank, insurance undertaking, etc.).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or equivalent).
• Experience with agile development methodologies and software tools for agile planning as Jira.

Soft Skills Experience:

• Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.
• Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
• Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
