Aboutthe Role

Instead of working in onedepartment, we're looking for new Team Members to work acrossdifferent teams on resort to support our guests and provide themwith a fantastic experience during their stay withButlin's.
Whenworking with our Accommodation & Cleaning team you will becleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, kitchens and living areasand we provide a buddy system with full training on all cleaningmethods as part of our Clean & Fault Freeprogram.

When working in our buffetsrestaurants, you will work splitshifts of breakfast and dinner welcoming guests,clearing and resetting tables, working with the chefs on the buffetcounters and handling all allergens and dietaryqueries.

This role is fulltime covering a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 withMondays and Friday essential.

We're looking for high spiritedand fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things andworking with a like-minded group ofpeople.

Previous experience is not necessary aswe will give you all the training you need. We are much moreinterested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making adifference to our guests.

As a Team Member + 1,you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation andthen will work in one other area for the rest of theweek.

No experience? Noproblem! We will provide you with all the support and training youneed to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in allareas relevant to your role.
