Broking Operations Technician

OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN to £40,000

Hybrid working - 3/4 visits per month to London

• Producing debit/credit notes and processing premium bdx onto internal systems
• Submitting documents to the Bureaux/XIS and ensuring all bordereaux are chased up, received, processed and paid to relevant bureaux within settlement due dates
• Maintaining statistical information including Earned to Incurred figures and Profit Commissions as required
• Ensure that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed
• Manage own files as per internal Procedures Manual
• Assisting technical team with processing/technical queries
• Production and renewal of Binding Authorities / Slips, ensuring all are in acceptable order in line with both Lloyd's procedures/guidelines
• Production of Endorsements as appropriate
• Minimum 12 months previous experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge and understanding of London Market procedures
