Job Description

Our client is one of Europe's leading online retailers, selling branded Fashion, Sport & Outdoor products for Men, Women and Children. They offer customers fantastic value by partnering with companies who they have built long term relationships with, enabling them to offer big household names and up-and-coming brands all year round.

As the business continues to grow, they are recruiting for a talented Brand Manager to join their growing team who are located in a brand new, state of the art office, designed to encourage collaborative working, teamwork and creativity.

The Brand Manager is responsible for creating and delivering the social media strategy and ultimately delivering the brand proposition across multiple social platforms in numerous markets. They will deliver the full 'end to end' social remit including ideation, planning, copywriting, content production, publishing and tracking.

The ultimate focus for this role will be driving brand awareness and ultimately sales revenue through social platforms with their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy, building brand awareness and engagement on all channels including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.
  • Manage a team of 3
  • Plan and manage the social media content calendar, UK & European social sites
  • Lead and mentor social team, oversee their relations with the in-house agency, and support them to produce briefs in line with the plan to create social-first content.
  • Manage integrated social media campaigns, innovate and explore new opportunities across social media channels, ensuring cutting-edge knowledge and application of trends
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators, influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Manage budgets, oversee broader strategies including organic and paid campaigns, and execute influencer collaborations.
  • Regularly analyse and report on social media performance, focusing on engagement, brand awareness and ROAS.
  • Work collaboratively with the brand, CRM, trading and digital marketing team to ensure the companies' goals are aligned.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Brand Manager with a thorough understanding of brand and campaign planning and execution. They will hold relevant certifications/qualifications and have knowledge and experience of Google and Meta Business Suites.
