SITE MANAGER
_ An exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued business expansion in Penrith, Cumbria ! _

The Vella Group is a well-established accident repair specialist with over 30 years of experience, helping people get their vehicles back on the road after an accident. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service which has resulted in our success and growth.
As a recognised industry leader, The Vella Group currently operate 18 sites with ambition to grow ever further in the future. Now is an exciting time to join as we embark on a journey of expansion and innovation within the industry!

We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills that can facilitate the smooth running of the site and assist with ensuring the site's targets are met whilst also managing the people.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the company's core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.
Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
Initiate strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed key to key and cycles whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
Liaise with the internal teams on a regular basis.
ABOUT YOU:
Have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.
Experience with managing a site/ Bodyshop and people.
Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
Willing to go that extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
