- Previous experience in a behaviour support role or similar capacity, ideally within a school setting.
- Minimum 2:1 Degree from a top 20 UK university.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude to supporting students and staff.
