The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team at Hoar Cross Hall.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organised. You will play an integral part in our guests overall experience with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times within the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, restaurants, and any other department.
• Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, particularly the service of cocktails.
• Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
• Coordinate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages.
• Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
• Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
• Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of a variety of beverages, including cocktails.
• Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirables

• Experience with large volume covers.
• Food Safety Training.
