Key Responsibilities of the Physiotherapist:
Provide expert assessment, personalised treatment plans, and effective discharge planning for patients.
Deliver specialist clinical care in a fast-paced acute medical ward setting.
Contribute to local data collection for Quality Improvement initiatives, supporting enhanced patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Offer mentorship and support to junior colleagues, fostering professional development and excellence.

Applicant Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
Minimum of two years' physiotherapy experience, within the NHS or private hospital
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in a hospital environment.
Knowledge of NHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload efficiently.
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
