B2B FP&A Manager
Our Corporate Functions are made up of teams that support Expedia Group, including Employee Communications, Finance, Legal, People Team, Inclusion and Diversity, and Global Social Impact and Sustainability.
Our B2B FP&A team manages the financial reporting and forecasting for Expedia Group's B2B relationships. Expedia Group's B2B partners range from large airlines, hotels, and media partnerships.
As strategic partners to the businesses we work with, we help partners extend their distribution and advertising reach, deliver valuable services to customers and employees, and power their performance through our technology and solutions. B2B is made up of Private Label Solutions (PLS) and Travel Partnerships and Media (TPM) groups.
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the FP&A team to support all our Central Reporting needs. This role will be focused on driving the reporting and insights needs of the business, and well as project work where appropriate, and will have direct exposure to CFO and other senior leaders.
In this role, you will:
- Own Annual, Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly reporting across B2B for leadership, Corp FP&A and Investor Relations
- Coordinate with other FP&A team members to collate and produce detailed accurate decks
- Support Group Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review requirements
- Drive accuracy, automation and efficiencies in reporting
- Share knowledge and upskill others in analytical / data insight skills and techniques
- Leadership of a direct report with potential to expand remit in the future, dependent on performance
Experience and qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience
- Accounting Qualification: ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent experience in location country preferred
- Years of Experience: 5+
- 1+ years of people management experience (ideally in a global environment)
- Strong Excel skills - ability to work on large and complex data sets
- Desirable: SQL experience, again with large complex data sets
- Great time management skills - making sure deliverables are understood, met and on time - and communicated early if there is a risk
- Constantly works to improve own efficiency; double-checks the accuracy of the output of others to ensure high quality delivery.
- Experience using Hyperion Planning/Essbase preferred
- Experience using Looker (or similar BI tools) preferred
