Audit Manager (Not-for-Profit)

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager (Not-for-Profit) to join our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing audit engagements for a portfolio of not-for-profit clients
Overseeing audit planning, fieldwork, and completion , providing guidance to the team
Developing strong client relationships and providing advisory support where needed
Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Mentoring and supporting junior team members , fostering their professional development

Skills & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing audits within a professional services firm
Strong knowledge of charity and not-for-profit accounting principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
