Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager

The 9-partner firm, based in central London, offers a wide range of accounting and business advisory services, with the focus being a general practice accounting and tax firm. The firm works across a large range of client sectors, including property, entertainment, financial services, health, professional services, hospitality and charities. The audit and accounts team currently has over 30 team members ranging from part-qualified to over 25 years of experience.
Your new roleThe firm are looking for an energetic, proactive, and strong-written communicator, verbally and written, to join their Audit and Accounts team as an Assistant Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Post-Qualification experience
- People and portfolio management
- 30-50% Audit experience plus training.- Working week is a 35-hour core week, an opportunity after probation to increase core hours for a pro-rata increase in salary to 37.5 or 40 hours per week depending on business needs
- NEST pension scheme or a personal pension scheme.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year after 5 years' service, up to a maximum of 30 days holiday.
- Enhanced parental leave policy for both parents (after 3 years' service)
- Enhanced sabbatical policy (after 5 years' service)
