Wat ga jij doen als Assurance Training Team Officer?

In your role within the Assurance Training Center, you will organize, facilitate, challenge and inspire. You are the link between the audit expert and training participant, so that the participants get the right material at the right time in the right way. To be succesful in this role you need several years of experience in external audit.

You will work from the Amstelveen office, where working hours are flexible (in consultation). The position can be filled for 8-40 hours. Partly working from home is possible.

In terms of responsibility, the Assurance Training Center falls directly under the Head of Audit Quality, who is also a member of the Leadership Team Assurance. Various KPMG-wide programs are running within the Assurance Training Center that contribute to Audit quality. You make an important contribution to this.

• Optimize our training curriculum based on stakeholder conversations and market developments

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by optimizing our training courses

• Support training developpers to optimize learning efficieny

• Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to further improve the learning experience
  

Dit neem jij mee

• Work experience within or affinity with Assurance. Specific qualifications may vary based on the job role.

• At least 3 years of experience in an Assurance environment

• Part-time or full-time availability

• Bachelor's degree
