Associate Relationship Manager - Depositary - Dublin

Atrium UK is looking for an accomplished Associate Relationship Manager to support in the Depositary Operations and oversight team. This role will be 3 days a week onsite with the client in Dublin. 12mths contract, which could extend or become permanent, dependent on performance. Knowledge of Trustee/Depositary arena helpful as well as client engagement/relationship building.

Essential:

- Client facing, ability to liaise effectively at board level.
- Build relationships with clients
- Oversight and look at investment restrictions
- Checks and balances post valuation point
- Multilayer look through funds/fund analysis
- Understand complex asset classes/alternatives
- Monitoring fund compliance
- Engagement with regulators and auditors
- Creating new business activity in the depositary area
- Review fund documentation from a trustee/depositary perspective, including prospectus/supplements/RMPs/Valuation Policies and SLDs.
- Reporting and data management
