Your new role

Undertaking a range of professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, PPM's and reinstatement cost assessments.

Advising clients about building/property issues, which can include technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.

Produce defined and accurate instructions to external consultants to undertake detailed planned maintenance surveys, structural surveys etc as and when required.

Providing project services including feasibility studies, cost consultancy and administering contracts.

Client liaisons and business development

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Chartered status

Commercial experience

Good communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Full clean driving licence

What you'll get in return

Salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience.

Holiday entitlement is 30 days per annum, which includes a Wellbeing Day and your birthday plus the standard Bank Holidays.
