Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Asistant Sales Manager
Title. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Rustington. The role is paying £30,000 basic + uncapped commission.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
Order EPC's / required compliance
Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback.

Previous sales experience in property is essential
