Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

• Support and mentor KS2 teachers, driving excellence in pedagogy and curriculum development.

• Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to maintain and enhance the school's Catholic ethos.

• Lead whole-school initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

• Support staff professional development, creating a positive and ambitious working environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working in a Catholic primary school, with a strong commitment to upholding its values.

• Proven leadership experience within KS2, with a track record of driving improvement.

• Holds NPQSL (or working towards it) or equivalent leadership qualifications.

• A commitment to fostering high expectations and inclusion for all pupils.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
