We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to work in our head office in Watford.The ideal candidate will require computer literacy & knowledge of using Quickbooks accounting software preferred.
- Maintain finance filing systems
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using accounting software QuickBooks
- Support the other office staff with general operational tasks if/when required
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Previous experience in accounts payable or general administrative roles is advantageous- Own car required due to location
