Assessment & Regulations Officer

Our client, a leading specialist London University, is currently looking to recruit a full-time Assessment & Regulations Officer. The post is full-time for 12-weeks and will be based onsite in Camden, with occasional travel to Potter's Bar.

Key responsibilities for this post will include:

• Organising examination boards and supporting the examination board process, including supporting the external examiners process.
• Supporting the coursework and assessment processes.
• Administratively supporting quality assurance processes.
• Administratively supporting the examination and assessment prize process.
• Administratively supporting the Examinations (Operations) team when needed through the academic year.
• Collectively, with all Registry colleagues, delivering a professional service to all stakeholders ensuring staff and students experience an excellent learning and teaching experience.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Worked in a similar post previously, ideally from a higher education setting or similar.
• Experience within a fast-paced, customer facing environment.
• Experience of following and documenting complex policies and procedures with an ability to communicate these clearly to a wide range of audiences.
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office suite of products and the ability to use bespoke systems.
