Area Property Operations Manager (FM)

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.
- Ensure that the needs of the organisation, employees and visitors are met. Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, and quality.
- Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.
- Manage the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
Be located within the region
Experienced with Facilities Management (Hard and Soft FM)
Ability to hit the ground running
Knowledge of Building Standards & Compliance
Experience with Supplier Management
Tech Savvy (Office Suite, CAFM systems etc.)
IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH Would be beneficial
Candidates MUST be based within the South West. Candidate can choose one of the following locations as their base of operations with regular travel expected across the region (Driving License essential - Cars available for work travel via booking system)
