We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Architect to join a thriving team in Chelmsford. This well-established firm boasts a diverse portfolio, working across sectors including hospitality, residential, and healthcare, and is known for consistently delivering creative, client-focused solutions. With a reputation built on strong, long-term client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Architect to contribute to a variety of exciting, high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience within a UK-based architectural practice and a solid understanding of building regulations. You should have substantial experience in hospitality projects, supported by a compelling portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience for the Architect role:

• A degree in Architecture and ARB registration
• Post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
• A proven track record of leading hospitality design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
• Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, including conducting site visits
• Confidently manage projects from conception to completion, both independently and within a team
• Local to Chelmsford, or willing to relocate
