Job Description

J R O Griffiths Ltd seeks an energetic and highly focused Arable Manager(Junior/Senior) to take on a challenging role.

We are a vibrant farming family business in Shropshire with a modern machinery fleet.

Growing & Harvesting operations for:
All Combine Crops
Potatoes
Vegetables
Precision Farming & Innovation
Experience in Arable Farming
Strong Leadership & Team Working Skills
A Formal Qualification in Agriculture would be desirable
BASIS & FACTS qualifications & experience of Gatekeeper preferable but training will be given
Excellent IT Skills & Understanding GPS
