Description

  • Oversee the successful delivery of training schemes
  • Manage a dynamic team dedicated to the delivery of programs and courses
  • Ensure all programs meet the quality standards set by regulatory bodies
  • Develop strategies to improve delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other department leads to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
  • Manage the administration within the department including maintaining an up to date CRM and training records

Profile

A successful Apprenticeship Operations Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing direct rapports
  • Strong experience in an administrative role, ideally having had to coordinator various tasks
  • Strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships or further education is desirable but not essential
  • Commutable to Derby City Centre
