Are you an expert in application packaging, looking to enhance IT efficiency within a large financial organization? We are seeking a skilled Application Packager to ensure seamless software deployment and optimal system performance. You'll be working with the latest technologies, contributing to a secure and stable IT environment.

Your Role

• Software Packaging & Testing - Prepare and test application packages using SCCM and Intune.
• Scripting & Automation - Utilize PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch Scripting to streamline installation and configuration processes.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Collaborate with end users to validate application functionality.
• Windows Compatibility - Ensure software compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging - Analyze logs (Event Viewer, Procmon, MSI logs) to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Application Compatibility Testing - Address conflicts, registry settings, and permission adjustments.
• Packaging Tools - Work with MSIX, App-V, AdminStudio, InstallShield, or similar tools.
• Virtualization & Cloud - Support packaging for environments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, or VMware.
• Security & Compliance - Follow best practices for secure application packaging, including digital signing and permission management.
• Collaboration - Work closely with internal IT teams to align packaging solutions with business needs.
• Documentation - Maintain accurate records of changes, testing results, and troubleshooting steps.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Application Packager.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
• Experience with Windows 10 & 11.
• Hands-on expertise with Scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch).
• Proficiency in packaging tools like MSIX, App-V, AdminStudio, or InstallShield.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with virtualized environments (AVD, Citrix, VMware).
• Understanding of security best practices in application packaging.
• Precision, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work.
• Banking industry experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

What You Need to Know

• This role focuses strictly on packaging and UAT-not deployment.
• Hybrid work model with at least one fixed office day per week.
• Occasional travel may be required for international offices.
