Conexus is partnered with a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand going through a large-scale digital transformation. As part of their investment in data and analytics, we're looking for an Analytics Product Owner with a strong background in Finance/Commercial domains within the CPG industry.

This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role with cross-regional visibility and strong potential for extension.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the end-to-end life cycle of data and analytics products focused on Finance, Sales, and Commercial performance.

- Translate business goals (eg margin optimization, pricing intelligence, commercial forecasting) into scalable analytics solutions.

- Partner with finance leaders, sales teams, and commercial decision-makers to capture requirements and prioritise delivery.

- Define and maintain the product backlog, roadmap, and vision aligned to business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering, BI, and data science teams to develop reporting, forecasting, and financial planning tools.

- Oversee rollout, training, and change management of financial and commercial analytics tools across regions.

- Drive adoption and value measurement through performance KPIs and regular business feedback loops.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years' experience in data/analytics roles with strong product ownership or product management background.

- Must-have experience in Finance or Commercial Analytics within the CPG sector.

- Deep understanding of financial metrics, trade spend, pricing, P&L reporting, and commercial performance indicators.

- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Power BI, Azure, Dataiku, and Azure DevOps.

- Experience working in large international business environments with multiple stakeholders and markets.

- Agile delivery mindset (Kanban/Scrum), with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
