Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35-£40,00 dependant on skills and experience

Our client has been running for 30 years and has a multi skilled team providing building services to the commercial sector. They provide maintenance services, installation and repairs and much more. Their staff are committed and have been working for them for long period of time. They are F- Gas, GasSafe accredited as well as SafeContractor. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to expand their company that are willing to join their "family" team and are open to learn more skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Essential:

• Experience and competency to carry out commissioning, service and repair works to all aspects of air conditioning and ventilation systems including splits, VRV/F, close control units, MVHR units and air handling equipment
• Good diagnostic skills both mechanically and electrically
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to travel to sites within M25 and surrounding counties
• F-Gas 2079 Category 1
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive 'can do' attitude with willingness to carry out varied tasks
• Able to work on own or as part of a team
• A good knowledge of Health and Safety
• IT literate and good record/data keeping skills

Desirable:

• Understanding of electrics and controls wiring
• General mechanical building services knowledge
• Varied skills such as plumbing, general repairs and maintenance an advantage
• Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 qualified
• PASMA/IPAF a bonus
