Asan AI Solutions Architect at Mars GlobalServices, you will lead the design, integration, and deployment ofAI-powered solutions to enhance the Associate experience, with astrong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Conversational AI. Inthis key role, you will drive AI transformation initiatives withina globally recognized brand, influencing enterprise-wide adoptionof AI solutions. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring thesuccessful implementation of scalable and secure AI solutionsacross Mars' enterprise platforms, while driving AI adoption acrosstheorganization.

Whatare we lookingfor?

• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science,or a related field (or equivalent industryexperience).
• 7+ yearsof experience in AI/ML solution development, architecture, andenterpriseintegration.
• Expertisein LLMs, NLP/NLU, Conversational/GenAI, AISearch, and VirtualAgents.
• Proficiency inprogramming & AI development (Python, OpenAI APIs, MLOpsframeworks).
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experiencewith multilingual AI models for globaltranslation.
    • AIcertifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Google ML Engineer,TOGAF).

Whatwould be your keyresponsibilities?

• Designand implement enterprise-scale AI solutions, focusing onConversational AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered automation toenhance businessoperations.
• Define andmaintain the technical product roadmap, ensuring scalability,security, compliance, and alignment with businessgoals.
• Develop anddeploy custom AI models (NLU, NLG, AI Search, Virtual Agents) andintegrate with SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, OpenAI)to improve userexperience.
• EstablishAI governance frameworks to align with Responsible AI practices andensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR,CCPA).
• Drive adoptionof GenAI-powered tools for self-service automation, analytics, andsearch capabilities, while providing leadership and mentorship toAI and engineeringteams.
• Identify andmitigate AI risks (e.g., model drift, data bias) and continuouslyrefine AI models and solutions through performance monitoring andfeedbackloops.
• Expertise inAI/ML algorithms, enterprise-scale applications, and SaaS AIplatforms (e.g., ServiceNow Now Assist, Workday Illuminate, SAP,Microsoft CoPilot, OpenAI, Mistral), with experience integrating AIsolutions with enterprise systems (Microsoft, Workday, SAP) toenable connected experiences across search and conversationalAI.
