Werde Teil unseres Teams und hilf dabei, die neuesten Sprachtechnologie-Anwendungen zu optimieren, indem du unsere Systeme auf Koreanisch weiter verbesserst.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Recherchiere, erstelle und bearbeite kurze schriftliche Prompts und achte dabei auf faktische Richtigkeit und die Einhaltung von Stilvorgaben für Stimme und Kreativität.
• Entwickle Gespräche mit fließenden, logischen Abläufen, die Nutzer effektiv führen.
• Trage zur Verbesserung unseres Sprachsystems bei, auch bei Dialogen zu verschiedenen, teils kontroversen Themen.
• Analysiere und bewerte kurze schriftliche Inhalte auf faktische Korrektheit und Einhaltung der Stilvorgaben.
• Erstelle und beurteile vorgeschlagene Prompts und Antworten.
• Sorge dafür, dass der Ton mit der richtigen Stimme übereinstimmt und die Zielgruppe anspricht.

Dein Profil:

• Mindestens C1-Niveau in Koreanisch.
• Mindestens B2-Niveau in Englisch.
• Hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse, Grammatik- und Stilsicherheit zur Erstellung ansprechender und klarer Prompts.
• Kreativität, um innovative Prompts und Szenarien zu entwickeln, die Nutzer begeistern.
• Fähigkeit, Nutzerdaten und Feedback zu analysieren, um Prompts und Gespräche zu verbessern.
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit minimaler Anleitung.
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Offenheit im Umgang mit potenziell sensiblen Inhalten.

TELUS Digital AI is looking for AI Prompt Evaluators with fluent Korean to support the development of AI technologies on-site in our Essen office.

Join us in enhancing the latest speech technology applications by refining our systems in Korean.

Responsibilities:

• Research, create, and edit short-form written prompts while ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines for voice and creativity.
• Develop conversation flows to ensure smooth, logical interactions that guide users effectively.
• Contribute to the improvement of our speech system, which may involve working with dialogues on various topics, including controversial subjects.
• Analyse and evaluate short-form written content for factual correctness and compliance with style guidelines.
• Generate and assess suggested prompts and responses.
• Ensure that the tone aligns with the proper voice and resonates with the target audience.
