Job Description
Would you like to play a vital role in supporting those who have served our country? Are you highly organised with great communication skills? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a dedicated Advocacy and Complex Need Service Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Specialist Advocacy and Complex Need Service. In this role, you'll liaise with beneficiaries, team members, and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, casework, and service-related activities.
This is a part-time role, 17.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with a requirement to work on Tuesdays. Flexibility in your working pattern and days is available.
You will be home-based within South West, with occasional travel for meetings as required (all travel expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising meetings, managing diaries, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Liaising with external agencies, local authorities, and other organisations to arrange meetings, discuss support options, and progress case management.
- Coordinating national training and service-related events for the Outreach management team.
- Supporting casework administration, including direct contact with beneficiaries to verify service history and prepare required documentation.
- Drafting and sending correspondence to beneficiaries and third parties, ensuring smooth communication.
