Admissions Manager

I'm looking for an Admissions Manager to lead and enhance an admissions team at a renowned higher education institution. This permanent role offers up to £48,000 and provides a fantastic opportunity to drive admissions strategy and operational excellence. Please be aware, this role is hybrid working.

Your Role:
- Manage and develop an admissions team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Oversee and enhance admissions processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including UCAS, DfE, and UKVI, to align policies and best practices.
- Lead training sessions for academic and professional service colleagues on admissions policies and procedures.
- Support Clearing, late summer recruitment, and international admissions.

What You Bring:
- Strong experience in higher education admissions management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
- Excellent knowledge of UCAS and DfE Apply systems.
- A keen eye for compliance, data management, and fraud prevention.
