Job Description

Looking for a Administrator/Assistant who has a background of pricing/merchandising with a passion for working in the fashion industry.

Available to start immediately for a short term temp contract for 5 days.

Location - London

Skills -

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills

Desirable Skills-

  • Previous Product Merchandising experience within a Luxury brand
  • SAP

Duties could include a mixture of the following -

  • Prepare and analysis sales reports on a style, fabric and colour selling level using excel to inform future design development
  • Manage all PLM data entry to ensure delivery and prices in all currencies are all up to date
  • Assist in the building seasonal range-plans, product & pricing strategies and prepare all market related documents
  • Assist in preparing and presenting the quarterly sales hindsight decks
  • Assist in the global brand buy process with the regional teams
  • Coordinate and support all administration duties relating to market training for the Merchandising team
  • Understanding of micro and macro economic factors that impact global pricing
  • Assist in the seasonal price band review process with merchants
  • create and review seasonal retail and wholesale factor files for SAP
