Your new roleAs an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Managing the reception area and greeting visitors.
- Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Providing administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Assisting with HR administration tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox.
- Supporting the payroll process by inputting data and ensuring accuracy.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and providing general administrative support to the wider team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workload requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
