Job Description
Ref - 20828Administrator for a Non-profit Organisation in Canary Wharf.A London based not-for-profit working within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is seeking an Administrator to join their tight knit and diverse team. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with strong communication and organisation skills, preferably with a desire to move into the third sector.Role: AdministratorDuration: 3 monthsStart date: ASAPSalary: Up to £35,000 DOEWorking hours: 9:00 - 5:30, hybrid working arrangementLocation: Canary WharfResponsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the firm's education and training programme
  • Contact speakers / students
  • Answer queries from delegates, students and speakers
  • General administration tasks
  • Monitor attendance and the course in action to help with any issues
  • Liaise with the marketing team and assist in the preparation of promotional information for events and online activities
  • Supply up-to-date information on student progress and course uptake to inform budgetary, marketing and other management decisions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within events and higher education is essential
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional verbal and written English
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills including record keeping and attention to detail
  • Superb customer service skills
